For the lamination of boards for furniture or doors, we offer wide wrapping machines for boards up to 1300 mm width and laminators for boards up to 3200 mm width.
Within the lacquering machine range, we offer lacquer application machines with rubber rollers or spraying guns, drying systems and complete lines for printing boards using engraved roller, flexographic or digital systems.
For the production of doors we manufacture a wide range of machinery starting from a wrapping machine for door frames up to the most sophisticated line for assembling honeycomb doors.
We have a large experience in panel gluing systems obtained along the years. We have manual, automatic and half automatic systems for assembling honeycomb doors and panels that can include the feeding of door panels and skins, the gluing, the indexing and the pressing. With our gluing lines you will be able to produce 2, 4 or 6 doors per minute. This range includes also automatic door frame assembling and expanding of honeycomb.
Thanks to the co-operation with glue suppliers, the gluing and laminating range is improved continuously. Our test rooms in Castelldefels are equipped with all types of machines which are ready to be used by the customers who want to test them with the products and substrates that they usually use.
