Inkjet printing machine for wood

The BIJ machine takes benefit of state-of-the-art computer technologies in image treatment, that are successfully applied to the present production requirements. By changing the design, the need of manufacturing new printing rollers and patterns, dead times for changing inks, maintenance and cleaning, long machine setup times, etc. are eliminated. The inkjet printing machine BIJ is able to print all kind of digital designs like an office or home inkjet printer, with the advantage that it can do it on every kind of substrate, as there is no physical contact with the workpiece. In a production process, the BIJ features are more emphasized: 4.6 meter image length in each of the 8 memory banks, selectable piece per piece during production and the whole capacity of the computer’s hard disk to store all the designs that the customer wants. In addition to these possibilities, we have the feature to be able to work in mode “Printing Roller Simulation”, where the machine prints the design continuously up to a maximum of 4.6 meters each time (that means that we would print using rollers of a maximum diameter of 1.46 meters. In short we can say that the BIJ is a versatile and flexible tool designed to meet the requirements the wood processing production of the 21st Century.
