Lacquering machine for veneer
The machine BCH-R was developed for the lacquering of veneer in sheets or rolls with hotmelt lacquer to be used afterwards to wrap profiles. This revolutionary hotmelt lacquer application before wrapping avoids the conventional and expensive spraying, drying and sanding machines that were placed up to now after the wrapping machine being a practical and economic solution, when it comes to produce a wrapped profile with lacquered wooden veneer as easy and economic as possible without having to renounce to achieve the best finishing quality. It is composed of an unwinding station for roll veneer and an automatic or manual sheet feeder, a roller hotmelt lacquer application head, a top coat UV lacquer application head, two UV lamps, a rewinding station and a sheet stacking table. The standard speed of approximately 25 m/min can be increased adding more UV lamps.
