HPL, CPL, PVC and paper foil laminating line

The installation is composed of an infeed table, a brushing table to clean the surface of the panels, a pre-heating zone, a PUR glue spreader, a table to place the laminate pallets at the upper side and conveyor for the panel at the lower side, a suction pad feeding system for the laminate sheets with a panel synchronization ramp, a double pressing calender with two foil unwinding stations and an outfeed conveyor.
