II. Determination of the suposed ilicit activity and, in particular, in the case of a suposed violation of the intelectual or industrial rights, supply a precise and concrete description of the protected contents, as well as its exact localisation.
III. Issue an express declaration, where it is clearly indicated:
That the relative information to the infraction of the rights is exact and true.
That considers with good will, that the demanded activity is of ilicit character or, in its case, that the claimer is the legitimate holder of the protected rights that have been broken supossedly and that the realized explotation is ilicit and damages the rights.
In case that BARBERAN, S.A. decides to adopt any measure for suspending or cancelling the access to the contents that are suppossedly ilicit and it is proven afterwards the lack of veracity or accuracy of the supplied information, Barberan, S.A. will be kept unharmed in respect of any reclamation by any third parties as a consequence of the damages caused through the adoption of these measures, asumming as well the charges for advocates and charges linked to the defense of the interests of BARBERAN, S.A.
The document must include the electronic signature or the authentic signature of those person that notifies the existence of the ilicit act or the owner of the supossedly damaged rights or the name authorized to act in his name and representation.

INFORMACIÓN SUJETA A LOS DERECHOS DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL E INDUSTRIAL
La información disponible a través de los diferentes sitios web está accesible para todo el mundo para su visualización, pero no necesariamente para su acceso, descarga y utilización. Los usuarios de los diferentes sitios web, normalmente, podrán guardar o imprimir partes de ese sitio web para su propio uso personal y no comercial. INFRACCIÓN DE SUS DERECHOS

III. Realización de una declaración expresa en la que se manifieste claramente:
Que la información relativa a la infracción de los derechos es exacta y veraz.
Que considera, de buena fe, que la actividad denunciada es de carácter ilícito o, en su caso, que el reclamante es el legítimo titular de los derechos protegidos supuestamente infringidos y que la exp
lotación realizada es ilícita y vulneradora de sus derechos.
Que en el caso de que Barberán S.A., decida adoptar cualquier medida destinada a suspender o cancelar el acceso al contenido o servicios supuestamente ilícitos y, con posterioridad, se demuestre, bien la falta de veracidad o la falta de exactitud de la información facilitada, mantendrá indemne a Barberán S.A., respecto de cualquier reclamación que pudiera recibir por cualesquiera terceros como consecuencia de los daños y/o perjuicios causados por la adopción de dichas medidas, asumiendo, asimismo, el coste de los honorarios de los abogados y gastos vinculados a la defensa de los intereses de Barberán S.A..
El documento deberá incluir la firma electrónica o firma auténtica de aquella persona que notifique la existencia del acto ilícito o el titular de los derechos supuestamente infringidos o, en su caso, de la persona autorizada para actuar en su nombre y representación.
